0ok This is my first time posting, and my first story. i have horrable grammer so sorry I try to correct what I notice.
Anyway, heres kinda the intro.
"Dicey!" The School teacher called stairng at Dicey from the front of the classroom. Dicey quicky took her head off the wooden desk and looked up. "Sleeping in class are we?" The teacher smiled. "Sorry Mrs.Element" Dicey said quietly. Quickly Mrs.Element went on with the lecture about the history of the Elven Fortress. Dicey stared at the wooden desk wating for it to be the second half of the day. Wich is her favorite part, her and the other elven children get to go around the front gate of the elven village and practice there combat, and magic skills aginst goblins, and wolves. With the help of there classmates of corse. Dicey coddent wait untill she was done with school and could go become an Elven Mystic. Dicey was almsot Ten and she coddent wait, because that was the age they were done with school at, unless they needed more training.
Finaly Mrs.Element yelled "Alright children let us head outside". Evey kid sprang up from there seat and quickly got in a singel file line after the teacher, Dicey right behind the teacher. They fallowed her outside the gate, once they go to the end of the bridge they all ran up to the first wolf they saw. Mrs.Element sat down and watched. They huddled around the wolf wating for someone else to hit it first. Dicey looked up "Obvousley a fighter must hit it first" she said trying to sound smart. One of the elven fighters spoke up "Why?" he said quietly. "Why?" Dicey repeted "Beacase we are whereing robes and you all have leather on, and leather is tougher then cloth, so there for one of you fighters msut hit it first" Dicey said smileing. "Ohhh" all the other children said, and then they still waited for someone brave enough to hit it.
Finally a girl elf with white, almsot colorless hair that covered one of her eyes steped up. Imedentley she stabed the wolf with her wooden sword and evenone jumped in. Within seconds the wolf was dead. "Good team work" Dicey said. Pristine, one of Dicey's firends started laughing. "Whats so funny?" Dicey asked giggling to, but not knowing at what. "That girl is a fighter!" Pristine blerted out. Dicey imedenly started laughing too. Soon all the kids joined in. The girl fighter jsut stod there, not knowing how to react. "Hay, whats you name?" Dicey asked the girl elven fighter as the rest laughed. "Cascade" she answered quickly. A smile grew on Dicey's face "Thats a very pretty name, and I would like you to know, that theres hundreds of girl elven fighters out there". Dicey whispered. "Will to tell them that so they won't laugh at me?" Cascade asked. "Shure but first, how old are you?" Dicey asked. "6" Cascade answered quickly and quietly. "Hehe i'm 9 going to be 10 in a few days, on April 1st" Dicey said triumphantley. Then she turned and claped to get the other kids attention. They all turned and looked at Dicey. "I would like you all to know, that there are houndreds of girl Elven fighters out there and its nothing to laught at" Dicey said proudley. There was an odd scilence and the kids then started laughing at Dicey "You stuck up for the girl fighter!" Dicey's suposabley firend yelled laughing. The other kids fallowed Pristine in laughing at Dicey. "What kind of name is Dicey anyway? I know its not a Elven name" Another girl elven mystic yelled with laughter.
Dicey forwned and ran underneeth the bridge so none could see her. Quickly Cascade fallowed her. "You alright?" she asked shyley. "Yeah i'm fine, I taught they were my firends though" Dicey said. Cascade walked over and sat down beside Dicey "its Alright, I'll be your firend" she whispered. Dicey looked up and smiled "Well once I become a Mystic they will all feel sorry" Dicey taught out loud. "What are you going to do for Eva on your Birthday?" Cascade asked softly. Dicey was silent for awile, On Evey Elvens brithday they had to do or give something to the goddess of water, Eva. Dicey quicky whisperd into Cascade's ear. "I'm going to try and kill and wolf, alone". Cascade looked over at Dicey in shock, "Do your parrents know?" he voice comeing out of a whisper. "No, They will find out after I do it" Dicey said proudley. "If you want, i'll be by your side, incase you need help or anything. Cascade said. "Relly?" Dicey said almsot yelling. "We are friends, right?" Cascade asked. Dicey smiled back. Then they both heard Mrs.Element tell them they were dissmissed to go home. "Well I must go to my family" Dicey said. "Where do you live?" Cascade asked quickly. "Out along Iris lake way far away" Dicey said. Cascade smiled "That must be nice to have a home". Dicey looked over quickly "Where do u live?" Dicey asked, concerned. "Under the bridge on the back gate." Cascade said sadley. Dicey frowned "Maby you could live with me" Dicey said quickly standing up. "Relly?" Cascade asked. "We are friends, right?" Dicey said. Cascade smiled and giggled back. "I'll ask and tell you tommarow alright?" Dicey said. "That would be nice, thanks so much" Cascade said gratefully. They walked through the busy bright streets to the back gate of the town. Once they go to the bridge the said there goodbyes and Dicey took off onto the dangerous path to her home.
Ehh theres a time for eveyone to start so tell me exatally what u think so I can improve. >.< thanks for reading it.
Yah, next time i'm ganna read over it agian and again. I'm seeing things now that I din't notice befor heh. Glad that you liked it too. I taught I was good for my first story :/....Think I should add more? :/
Diceys started running the five hour trip home like evey afternoon. After the first hour she was tired out, and counted walking. Passing ruins of old homes, walking over ancient bridges made by her ansestors. Walking by beautiful trees, that sent down and cascade of sparkles. She started to see Iris lake she looked out to the endless lake, knowing home was only a few hours away. She kept on the curveing path around the south side of Iris lake.
Finally she saw her house up on a cliff, with trees and bushes in her back yard, and the lake on three sides. Her house was one open circular room. With a huge opening in the fornt and back for doors. inbetween were half walls and pillars that went up and arched to make a small pointed roof.
Dicey ran up the hill to her house in excitement, expecting to see her mother waiting for her like eveyday. Dicey then saw her laying down, quickly she sprinted her fastest. Then she looked down at her mother, her lifeless body layed there at peace. Dicey knelt down, tears rushed out of her eyes uncontrobley. She started whimpering and gaging, she got up and ran over to the edge of the cliff. She looked down into beautiful Iris lake, and spwed eveything in her stomic into it. Dicey quickly rolled over and layed down in the grass, trying to think of what to do next. Dicey lay in the yellow grass with tall purple flowers around her, her hip lenght yellow hair, laying aroind her head. The slight breeze blew her litte tan skirt and her white shirt a little bit as she layed. After laying there in shock, stairing a her boots for awile. Dicey then jumped up and looked back at her house. "I need to go to town and get a healer to ressurect her" she said loudley to herself. Then she took off on the five hour trip to the village agian. Passing the same thing as on the way there, she ran faster. Brething heavly she fell to her knees, and started crying agian.
Suddenley she saw greyish black boots infront of her. She looked up to see a elf male, but he was whereing odd armor. It was grey and with a little red, it had sleves that end to his elbows and grey gloves. It had a grey cross on the front with black background. "Why are you crying Miss?" He asked in a fancey sounding acdent. Dicey got up off the ground and wiped her tears. "My..." She studdered to talk then burst out crying agan. "Aww, there there little one" He said clamingly. "My mother is dead and I need to find someone to ressurect her befor its too late" she said then burst out crying agian. "Oh dear, thats not good at all, well town is very far away i'll help you find a cleric or oracle" he said then took off in the direction of town. Dicey fallowed after, as fast as she could but she kept loosing sight of him.
Finally he stoped and waited. "I have an idea it will make you faster" he said. Suddenly the pulled out two fat looking swords, they were jagged on the outside and had holes carved into them. Quickly he started casting something, he said a few un-familar words and a blue circle came up around him. Suddent the blue circle went to besdie him and a small pruple almsot transparrent unicorn with wings rose from the ground. "This is my unicorn Seraphim, Shes pretty fast, and your rather small so try to ride on her.". Dicey quickly jumped on the back on the unicorn and they took off once agian. except much faster this time. wile running Dicey deiced to ask this strance elf some questions. "Mister, how did you get a unicorn?" She asked sofly. He happily answerd "I'm an Elemental Summoner, its a skill us summoners learn, I also have 3 others". Dicey smiled "Thats neat". Dicey hesitated to ask the second question on her mind. "What armor and what swords are thows?" she blurted out. The elf smiled down at her "I'm whereing Tallum light, and these are dual Damascus, all A grade" He around proudley. "Ohhh" Dicey said in amazement.
They talked for awile then finally made there way to the bridge to the elven village. They quickly ran over it then Dicey jumeped off the unicorn. "Wait I have to get Cascade" She said quickly. The elf waited and wonderd as Dicey ran under the bridge. Finally she and another elf emerged. "This is Cascade" Dicey said to the elf. "Plesed to me you" he said, makeing Cascade giggle with his acsent. "Now we msut go find a healer" the Elf said. They all spead around to town shouting for a healer. None of them got an answer. Dicey was starting to loose hope when the elf found her aigan. "I'm going to telaport to gludio, gludin, dion ,giran, oren, aden, goddard, and rune, I'm determined to fine one, Wait here right beside the gatekeeper untill I return, unless you find another healer." he said. Then vanished, off to Gludio. Cascade ran up to Dicey and sat down beside her "I can't find one" She said sadley. "Nither can I , the other elf is going to all the other towns far far away to find one" Dicey said with hope comming back.

The elf shouted for a healer, no replay. He went to gludin, agian no healer. He went to talking island, once agian no healer. But he did not give up hope jsut yet. He deiced the last place a healer would be willing to help him was the dark elven village so he skipped there, and the orc one, same with the dwarven village. He telaported around and got to Dion. He saw a few healers, but none want to go out of there way to help him. Quickly he telaported to giran. Many healers there but all selfish and not willing to do it. To aden, then goddard, then rune. None would help, his last resort was to retun with a scroll of ressurection. Wich he did not want to do, there was a 70% chance it would fail. But Its always worth a try.
He retuned to the elven village to see Dicey and Cascade's happy faces. They stod up and waited for him to tell them that he had found one. But the frown on his face, soddenly made them relise, no healer was comming. "I'm so sorry" he spoke sadley "Our only option is, a Scroll of ressurection" He finished. Dicey's eyes filled with tears as so as Cascade's. Quickly this time Cascade and Dicey both hoped on the unicorn and they took off twords Dicey's home. This time in scilence.

Once they reached Dicey's house she and Cascade jumped of the unicorn. She ran up to see her dead mother body again. Dicey burst into tears once agin. The elf walked up to Dicey and patted her on the sholder "Do you want to do it?" He asking holding the scroll out to Dicey."Thanks" Dicey wimmperd as the took the scroll. Cascade and the elf back out of the house as Dicey open the scroll. A pink light imedently flowed around her. In the circle with a star floating around her ankles. She flung her arms back and floated in a air. All the sudden the light went to her mother's body. A huge white orb came out of her bothers body, and then. Nothing. Dicey's mother turned into a bright light,then it shot straight up into the sky. Then eveything was silent, the animals in the forest din't move. The breeze stoped, the water stoped flowing, none spoke, none breathed, Aden froze for a split second.
Then Dicey burst out into tears and fell to the ground. Cascade ran up after her yelling "Dicey i'm sorry!". Cascade imedently hugged Dicey, not knoewing relly what to do. Dicey layed motionless on the ground, then sat up and looked at the elf. Her eyes fuilled with tears she managed to froce out "Thanks for trying" the started gaging and coughing and crying agian. "Dicey, coem here I have some things for you" the elf spoke. Dicey pried Cascade off and walked up to the elf. "Here" He said, handing her a wand, some robes and gloves. Dicey took them and looked up confuzed. "Its a crucifix of blessing, and devotion armor, and bracers, you will need to once your a mystic, and to find out who did this to your mother." Dicey took the stuff the elf was giveing her but was confuzed "What do u mean did this to my mother?" She asked raising an eyebrow. "By the look for your mother she was posined" The elf spoke calmly. "Why din't you say this befor!" Dicey almost yelled. "Din't think it was important at the time" he answerd. Dicey frowned, "Thanks for the stuff by the way" she added. "Your very welcome, I'm pretty shure the posion is dark elven, not shure if it is mystic of fighter though" The elf said slowly, tryign to think. "You should come to my brithday party tommarow" Dicey said randomly. The elf looked at her oddly then smiled "I'll be there, for now I must go, Goodbye little ones and take care" They waved bye and the elf open a scroll of escape .. .and blue light came around him, then he was gone. "Come on Cascade we are going to get your stuff, your liveing with me now" Dicey said with excitement. So they took off in the dead of night to town.
Once they reached town Cascade quickly ran underneeth the bridge to get her stuff. Wile Cascade was getting her stuff together Dicey noticed it was about 1 in the morning, that ment today was her birthday. She remberd about slaying a wolf alone. Dicey scanned the area and quickly found a wolf. She casted her weak verson of wind strike she knew. It took the wolf off guard and knocked it to the ground. Quickly Dicey casted another, then the wolf chanrged for her. She ran as fast and she could then quickly casted agian, and the wolf jumped out of the way. Dicey screamed and ran, then she picked up a stick off the ground, the wolf came running and jumped. Dicey steped out of the and slaped the wolf's nose with the stick. The wolf growled and started running for Dicey agian. This time Dicey had quickly ran away, then she casted agian. And the wolf lay there dead, she has done it.
Cascade emerged from under the brige with a leather backpack full of her stuff. "What happend!" Cascade yelled running twords Dicey. Dicey smiled "I got him for Eva" She said proudley. "Wow" Cascade said, not know what else to say.They decided it would be useless to run back so they both slep under the bridge. They woke up late and quickly got ready. They walked into the class room late, but it was Dicey's brithday and her last day so there was jsut a celebration. Eveyone forgot about Dicey's mother and jsut had fun that day. They all went out the main gate of the elven village and played tag and other games untill it was time to go home. Dicey promised to come visist the class and the teacher and then her and Cascade took off twords her home, once agian
Once they arrived there Dicey put all her NG stuff that the elf gave to her on. And the pair of leather shoes her mother had bought for her a long time ago. The boots where blueish pruple with yellow laces and yellow around the top of the folded over part of them. Dicey felt confident about herself, whereing her new robes, with her new wand, and sheild. "Cascade, I'll miss you and i'll come see you sometime soon" Dicey said with a smile. Cascade frowned "Thanks for being so nice to me, i'll miss you". Dicey gigged "Have fun, you have a house now too" Dicey said looking over her house. Cascade smiled "When your dose with your quest coem back and tell me how it went!" Cascade said in excitement. "I was planning to." Dicey said still smileing. The wayved goodbye and took off twords town.
