Whats this charm of corner that says something about hp regen going down?
Never ever heard of such a thing....just my imagination though...is it a 'bag' looking icon in your buff area with a yellow or red tinted background? In which case its the 'overweight' penalty 'debuff'.
The only other possible debuff that could reduce healing/regen is seal of scourge. (Overlord skill, not sure if anyone else has a variant of this. mob/other)
