I need a place to grind from 49-52 on my PW

From 42-48 I was getting 1mil exp an hour from the mobs in aligators island. Then about 700k an hour because all but one of the mobs turned light blue and I ran out of greater swift attack pots.

Now, I tried the formers, and I was getting around 750k an hour with the lesser swift attack pots. Iono about you guys, but this just doesn't seem right to me. At the higher levels arn't you supposed to get more exp an hour but need more exp to level? I mean, it just seems like common sense to me.

I've tried finding groups in catas, but failed =(. And I have to wait till I hit 55 till I get into my friends clan; and, I probably won't get to group much there because I'll be the lowest level. Any good solo places I can play till 52?

I perfer fighting green named mobs. I dodge them A LOT more so I spend A LOT less on potions.

Thanks for any helpful info. I <3 you guys! :D

PS: Did I use that semi colon in the third paragraph correctly? >.>
Semicolon looks right to me (though I'm no grammar expert), but when you do use one you don't need a comma following a conjunction.

Green mobs are definitely best as they still have full drops/exp and are easy to kill. I don't recall the exact levels anymore, but I'd suggest trying Timak Orcs west of Oren. I fought them back in C2 so they may have moved, but they should be around there somewhere. You'll want to take up the Coin Collector quest as most types of orcs there drop them frequently giving you a nice chunk of adena by the time you leave. What's more pretty much every Timak orc type has a chance of dropping a full top D weapon, though I never found a one. I did accrue quite a few parts at least.

If you're too high level for that (or just outlevel it quickly), then go north of Ivory Tower to the area below the Forest of Outlaw. This should have some greens that you can fight, and they also drop coins for the Coin Collector quest. As you outlevel that place you can continue to move northeeast into the Forest of Outlaw to fight Oel Mahums until you finally outlevel the area.

That's just what I did anyway, and it worked quite well for me. There may be much more efficient places that I don't know of. In any case, good luck out there.

Don't know much about spots for your PW, since mine did cats with a group of friends, but no...not only did you misuse the semi-colon, but after reading that...."Sentence"...I would suggest middle school english. I mean....Come on....starting sentences with "and" makes Mr. Sentence Comprehension frown. ( BTW - Look for a group with a prophet. PW with Haste and Zerk can get some KILLER exp. They make an amazing duo.)

I just asked if I used it correctly, I didn't ask to get lectured. So you can blow me.

EDIT: Does anyone else find it ironic that he "Suggests middle school english" when he uses "..." 5 times when I only see it used correctly (if it can be used correctly, which I think it can) twice?

but no...not only did you misuse the semi-colon, but after reading that...."Sentence"...I would suggest middle school english. I mean....Come on....starting sentences with "and" makes Mr. Sentence Comprehension frown.

But it's quite acceptable to start a sentence with a conjunction providing you use the proper format. And that's my final word as that's not the topic at hand. Yet I think I've made my point.

Modern English (http://www.gpuss.co.uk/english_usage/start_sentence_conjunction.htm)
Oh, and Silviera, thanks for the info. The timak's arn't really good for melee because they're to far away from each other. On my SR they totally rocked though. I'll try the mobs above Ivory Tower and see how that goes.

Oh, and I'm SOOOO saving that link.

And I have to wait till I hit 55 till I get into my friends clan; and, I probably won't get to group much there because I'll be the lowest level.

That is in no way, shape, or form, correct english. Sorry. The ideas expressed before and after a semi-colon must be complete, related thoughts, capable of standing by themselves, and these are both fragments, which together create a run-on fragment. Oh, and by the way, my quotations were used correctly, thanks for the boost in my case there. My minor was English. You're just wasting time.
I know I said that was the last word, but I couldn't resist one more.

Anapodoton -- deliberately creating a sentence fragment by the omission of a clause: "If only you came with me!" If only students knew what anapodoton was! Good writers never use sentence fragments? Ah, but they can. And they do. When appropriate.

You may study the language, but writers determine how it evolves over time. The English textbooks of two hundred years ago are far different from those that exist today.

but no...not only did you misuse the semi-colon

The 3 periods there were not used properly. You should have just used a comma.

I mean....Come on....starting sentences with "and" makes Mr. Sentence Comprehension frown.

Once again, only needed a comma. Also, why is it you capitalized "Come"?

Oh, and btw, "And I have to wait till I hit 55 till I get into my friends clan. And I probably won't get to group much there because I'll be the lowest level" both are complete. I probably could have chosen a better word to use besides "And", but that doesn't make it incomplete.

Also, last time I checked, "..." arn't quotations

EDIT: Geez Silviera. I never wanna find myself arguing with you. You'll just pull out a link a blow my whole argument away O.O

I know I said that was the last word, but I couldn't resist one more.

Yes, this may be true, but you fail on two points.
1) He is far from a writer. No offense.
2)That's not an anapodoton, considering he still thinks it's a complete and coherent thought. >.>

The same arguement can be used for my elipses, however. A writer will commonly use them during dialouge to indicate a long pause.

but after reading that...."Sentence"...

Ya, and right here they were used correctly. The other places, though, were way out of place.

And anyways, my argument isn't stating that I'm an expert at english or that you're horrible at it. I'm just saying you're in no position to tell me that my english is middle school level.
Its an Internet message board, yes it could have a built in spell checker and grammer checker like MS Word but it doesn't. It would probably help us all to spell and converse in full sentances but who has da time to read all dat stuff ..

Anyway some other places to level for 48-52, the entrance to Dragon Valley is a good place, esp if you're looking for PL boot parts. Hunters valley is good and just outside Giran in plains of whatever are great places too. All these places give you coins just so u know.

Other suggestion is follow the next SE you see like glue and get those buffs. Make friends with every buffer you see, you need them.
my necro took an xp hit after leaveing alli island as well
there are just some lvl ranges where you get more xp than others im afraid
One thing they changed in the last few chronicles is mob density. Most places the mobs are too spread out and you spend too much time running from mob to mob. Alligator Island is an exception.
Well the mobs north of ivory tower are 51, I wouldn't suggest those. I could however suggest that you try the enchanted valley. Valley treant are 47, unicorn is 49 and satyrs are 48. That would work to 52.

You would also get tons of spellbooks to sell and generate some extra profit.

Best way imo.
