Penalties for using different grade weapons?

I should know this but what are the penalties for using equipment outside your grade? For example.. a lvl 20 LE Scout using an Akat bow. Is is it just the accuracy that suffers?
A fighter with a higher grade then fit weapon will drop Accuracy, Casting speed, Attack speed.

A mage with higher grade then fit weapon will drop M attk, Casting speed

Anyone with higher then fit armour will drop casting speed, running speed and additional p def.
plus you wont get the benefits from SA and set bonus. If i recall correct that is.

True, but the penalties are already more then enough discouraging I think. ;)
Agreed. Strengthened Longbow done the job just fine. I guess I will just sell my screaming dagger and not waste my time with it. Thanks for the info all :)

also reduced mp/hp regen rate(cp to I think), and a run penalty.

In some situations its worth the penalties.
If I remember correctly (it was a long time ago) my friend (future BD) who was in D grade decieded to test out a +7/+8 berserker Blade (C grade). keep in mind he was fully buffed with either Prophet or SE buffs. Im pretty sure he ended up stiking with the C grade weapon for the rest of his D grade (and C grade abviously).

Keep in mind this is probably an odd-ball case, but in general... especially for mystics, its just not worth the penalties.
You're also virtually guarnteed to drop any equipped equipment that is too high a grade upon death. I believe weapons will even drop that way too, although its been a very long time since I tested it.
