Does the skill party return take dead members with you to town? If not then it should. Of course they end up back in town dead. The EE can then be used for corpse recovery.
Normally you would use Party return before people die.
But anyways, I dont think the dead people come with you.... immagine how people could abuse that ><
It would give the EE - and only the EE - the ability to rescue party members under extraordinary circumstances.
You know how Empower is a solid (for a long time) unique buff for the SE, which is actually very important?
Party Return Rescue Of Dead would not overpower EEs, but it would make them the preferred ninja ressers. Just as situational as Empower, if not more so, and they've needed something like that for a while, no?
