PW C grade armor

I have a C grade PW, +7 crys dagger /crit dmg. I have 2 armor sets, the mithril evasion set and the drake leather set (5.28% mdef increase) Which one would you guys reccomend? I guess it just matters what i'm lvling against/pvping against huh.

Also, where should I start lvling at 40? I lvled in IT with my warlock at 40, but that was mainly for spellbooks, although the xp was good too. Should I start there as well? I'm not entirely familar with all the good leveling spots, so any idea is helpful.

hell yeah IT is awesoem place to lvl, why you ask.
Well it's simple, not alot of people lvl there, and if you kill the right mobs you can get some SB's that are worth alot of money: IE; greatter battle heal, greatter heal, greatter group heal, spirit barrier.

I also love to lvl in cata braned up till 49 then move to apositate in oren.

If you tire of CoB or CoA, you can work on quest like coin quest starts in HV, or the hunters linces also starts in HV both at lvl 40.

also EV(enchanted vally) is a other good place mid 40's to lvl for more SB's to sell stuff like death wishper and guidance are great books to get for cash from players, drop off the trees.

Sorry I forgot to add, get some decent jwllery top D works nicely with your drake set in IT, I used +0 elven set and resist wind buff that worked alright for me.

you don't need top C to lvl from 40-52... if you stay with elven it works nicely and you save alot of money you can place to BO at 52.
The problem in IT for a dagger-user is that practically all mobs are dagger resistant and those eyes can really hurt.
For a dagger user, the areas around Innadril (alligator island comes to mind) or the Leto Lizardmen near Oren are more suitable at that level.

I would suggest Drake over Mithril, and Plated Leather over both. Of course, you'll look best in Theca though, so... <cough> You're probably judging by efficiency, in which case PLeather > Drake > Mithril.
Of course PL over both but I dont have 20 mill for boots lol
PL>any other armor for dagger (pve, that's it)
(This is totally random.... but I've noticed that armor balance for all classes stops at C grade... makes me wonder what prelude really was like O.O)
Prelude was awesome.

You could, if you have a clan, try to raid for the mats for PL. :> Or buyshop them. Unless it's your first character, but probably not if you had money for two armour sets.
Also, out of curiosity, atm I have a +7 crystal dagger/crit dmg. Do you guys think I should try and trade it for a DS/focus, maybe a direct trade to a +7 DS focus?
BTW, alligator island is awesome, thank you for whoever mentioned it.
After trying PL, theca, and mithril. I liked mithril the best out of all 3. PL only gave me like 40 p.atk. But, I don't have a +7 crystal dagger with crit damage, so it'd probably add more for you.

But anyways, put mithril set on and go farm green mobs. You'll be dodging them so much it's nuts. Save lots on healing pots ;)
I might enchant all the parts then goto alligator island instead of the drake. Since the mobs i'm fighting arent magic except one, and it's spells are horribly [censored].

Thanks for all the advice guys, really helped a lot.
40 PAtk are nothing to scoff at when your total is only around 300 - it's roughly equivalent to a might 2 buff if I'm not mistaken (but I might be).

Focus, I hear, is generally better, but before you do that trade, could you do me a favour? :> Can you post a screenshot of your stats, along with a damage log containing a normal hit (with or without SS) and a critical with SS? I'd like to confirm something about the SA. :)

If and when you get the mithril, try to focus on the archer mobs: They have low accuracy, so they're an evasion dagger's best friend. ;)
Yeah I get the screenshots together tonight. I wont be doing the trade anytime soon. I still havent decided. I love how my dagger looks.
IMO, the darkscreamer is the best looking dagger in the game. I wanna +16 one so bad so I can use it all the way into A grade.
