S grade weapon rec quests

so as i understand it there are 2 quests
1 at I.T and one at 4 sepulchers

rumor has it that you can do the I.T quest and then choose your rec after doing the 4 sepulchers. is that true?

also how hard is the 4s quest

the 4s is hard, Most people in ur group have to be lvl 78 It is not something u take a randonm group into and expect to win It takes ALOt of coordination and everyone knowing exactly what their jobs are

That IT quest -> 4s quest to pick ur recs is unconfirmed. All I know is only 2 servers have beaten it bartz and hindemith.

so pretty much any party that takes a ws wont be able to beat 4s?
