Hot springs buffs

Any tips on getting these easily as a nuker? And preferably not getting higher than malaria lv4?

I just want to get the buff then hunt the 2x HP animals with CDL, so once its at lv4 I can leave and it wont get any higher while I hunt.

some animal must actually hit you before you can contract malaris. if you never get hit, you wont get the buff.

No, you don't have to get hit. I'd windshackle the mobs before my duo partner started killing, and I managed to get a lot of malaria and cholera. Of course I'd get hit a few times, but not very often at all.

I don't have a guide for how to get malaria quickest, but just kill mobs in that area till you have lvl 4.
