Hi, guys! Is there a map of catacombs? I mean does it actually exist? For example, I need to find the way leading me to Raid Boss in Branded. Is that possible?

Are those maps accurate actually? Or do catas and necros change layout from time to time? Because we were trying to find path to some back rooms with my clannie in Branded and that other one same level, at Alligator island ... what's the name eh ... does not matter now. And the map was not what it was in game actually, speaking of Branded. There was no map for that on AI at all.
The only site that I know of that has 100% accurate maps of all Cats and Necs is unmentionable on these forums. Its also the best site for item drop rates and mob locations.

The second reason is that in order to get it's information it has a third party program on your system that gathers data. That's illegal.
I understand people are hungry for the exact drop percentage, but if you want to also stop the 'other' issues. Why recommend sites that promote them?

The maps in question are reasonable accurate but to my knowledge not totally. I've found a couple of spots where the map doesn't match the game. (Missing pathway or in the wrong location.) If you need the maps that bad, just print em out and make changes on the spots where they don't match the game. Maybe submit your changes to the sites you got the maps from so that the maps *are* accurate.
For me, I just use the maps to give me a general layout of the cats for the most part. I find that the 'scale' of them is so 'off' that I dislike using them directly.

As for the advertisments, I think they're really lame. But in Korea, they give their players the drop tables. Why don't we get them here? If people using a 3rd party program to get drop tables here is what we have to do, I'm 100% for it.

If I want to go spoil Animal bone I would sure want to know ahead of time that 1 mob spoils 1 animal bone time to time and the other spoils 5-10 animal bone almost all the time...... Its just common sense that you would want to know the drop/spoil rates.

Although we're getting off-topic, I do want to address a common misconception: the official Lineage II Korea web site does not offer drop percentages or drop rates. The monster database offers a list of items that might be carried on the monster, but not the rate at which those items drop. That list of monsters/items is something I would love to add to our official Lineage II web site, and I still hope to do so in the future.
Additionally, it is my sincere hope that any site that offers adena sales, hacks, cheats, and/or third-party software would never be supported or endorsed by players. Sites of that nature are not linked to on the official message board or on official Lineage II fan sites.
Thanks Mystryl for the info. Like you and every other player I would like that have at least the drop tables posted on the Lineage 2 Offical Web Site. I think it is an invaluable tool to any players that works hard every single day to try to gather mats and parts to be able to craft equip.

It is unfortunate that such sites exist. Dont get me wrong, I dont support any of that. Take last week, I tried to sleep a pker in Gludin and he then pmed me and said " Not too bad, lvl XX sleep" I dont even want to know how he knew exactly what level my skills were at ><
I just find it unfortunate the only way of getting the drop rates would be to have a notebook and a pen and manually count how many mobs you kill and what drop you got and email someone with your info so he can put it on a web site.... talk about inconvinient.

When I have time I will post accurate maps of all Catacombs/Necropolis that I have confirmed the accuracy.... all drawn by me! (in the near future)

I always wonder why the only reliable source of such a vital information is a site that advertises adena sales, and the only way for this site to get the information is to use illegal software.
And I don't think that only this site and its users are ones to blame... do we remember that back in C1 you could get this info by a legit way, too?

Pretty much everything someone might want to know about Anarchy Online could be pulled in some way from the client, if I recall correctly. The official website itself didn't host any of the data obtained this way, it does however sport links and support to the sites that do.
