Thank you for giving us a good event, despite its shortcomings in drop timeperiods and how long it lasted, it was still a great event and it was fun to wack pumpkins(squash) again and it was good to see people around in town wacking them and seeing the funny dialogue.
See you on the PTS, where I'll probably die of a heartattack :/ stress++ lol
I join in the Thank You! Even shortened by the C5 PTS launch, I appreciate the effort to bring us this event. With reduced staff, it must have been very hard to do both.
THis was a good event, just like it was the first time we had it. Please have more unique idea events like this. The novelty of growing a pumpkin that actually tries to engage you in RPG is and always be a good idea.
I couldn't participate due to actually having to get up for school - a sore disappointment, but an expected one. I'm glad an event was run that helped a lot of legitimate players get some cash in their pocket, and also think that the time frame was appropriate.
It would have been perfect if the drops were spread evenly across the day (apart from the rewards, but it seems like there are not going to be event rewards other than the standard or real life prices).
Ack....stupid event....if squash had not dropped that EWD, I wouldn't have blown up my +5 Demon Fangs :(
But seriously....I really like the pumpkin events..was fun :D
Yes!
I enjoyed it, me and a few friends spend a good hour or so busting out large squashes. I am only too happy to get some of those nice potions - I always use them when I go out, well, not hte greater ones.
So this will be a cool boon for when we go Catacombs hopping!
<smiles> I loved the big hammers!!! and when the squash said "Oh my Gourd!" I about died laughing. It was a nice fun thing to do after spending time leveling away :)
several hours. and a total of 29 pollen received. I think it was pretty much 1millionth the pumpkin event was.
Only way i got decent things from it (and the best thing was a C armor enchant) was by putting pollen together with a bunch of others that then invested in a large pumpkin.
