While we have had trouble with TL and his little gank squad, I would like the rest of Inv to know that after you make your changes at the start of C5 we plan to have discussions with your new leader and resolve the current issues so as to restore full neutrality.
We hold no animosity against anyone else in Inv and will continue our stance of not giving away locations or assisting Chaos with pvp unless attacked.
Dont believe what you hear from your current leader, we are not Chaos, we are RisingBlades, its as simple as that. You will see that over time.
For the sake of our keyboards, lets not be concerned with whether this is described as "neutral" or not, its simply Rising Blades way of handling the situation.

What the hell are you talking about? RB only ever strives for neutrality. We don't favour one over the other. We are loved and hated on both sides. :P And don't say stuff like that if Olo is watching the thread. She's powerful. Too powerful.
