So when are the floating cities coming into play? C10?

heine is a floating city. well on water.

I remember the old C1 SS of the wryvern and the floating city in the back ground with the skyscrapers on the side.

I'm hoping it comes in C6 along with garica and capes/cloaks.

and hero skills, lvl 79/80 skills to.

You cant, although you can swim under it. It used to be a hiding place for reds in the earlier chronicles when you didnt drown in fresh water.
