When I was little there used to be a sweet which was a plastic shell and when you turned it over, had a hard boiled sweet in the middle. I don't rememember the name of it and wondered if anyone else does or even remembers the sweet. It would have been early 80's and I'm in the UK.

actually, I love All the residents of the UK. Oh sure, you eat funny food and drive on the wrong side of the road, but love the accent (especially on the women) love the culture.

QFT. My wife has a friend that is from Scotland and she can talk to me all day. Often I can't understand what she's saying but it doesn't matter. :cool:

Yeah, I found the same thing was true for me. Took me a few weeks to understand anyone from the parent company. I felt horrible because I kept having to ask "could you repeat that again?"
what an odd sounding candy...lol wat'd it taste like? haha i might now it from that :p mmm.... candy *drools a bit then, runs to the nearest convient store*

I can persoannly vouch that they are still available in Germany, at least a year ago they were. Been back in US for a year now, so they might be all gone... They sure taste horrible tho
