Well, after a secret meeting with the top instances of the clan, we have decided to put a little order in this chaos.

Even the Devil enjoys a little order in his chaos. So here it goes :
You will need to be at least level 20 to be able to enjoy a crest and a title. This is a motorcycle gang type of operation so the more you hang out with the gang, the more powerfull you become.
If you get kicked from the main clan, you will have to join back in the "prospects" clan. As I said before, motorcycle gang type of operation, so some exceptions apply because of fame.
Those who have the official gang tattoo (motion in their name) have preferential treatement. You know a biker will help out a "tattooed" fellow.
We will hold a few leveling sessions of KFC (Kainmotion Fierce Combat). We now have a steady buffer to support ourselves. The first one is tonight at 18:00 EST. Meet at usual spot.
So here is how it goes :
level 1-19 : "Prospects" clan. Will get help if tattoo.
Level 20-39 : "Champions". They will gain access to the members clan, and will enjoy the crest and title.
Level 40-74 : "Heroes". Basically untouchables.
Level 75+ : "Divinity". Pray for their help.
If you get kicked, don't take it personnal... Just join back at a lower level.
I'll be there, I'm all ready to zerg after countless hours of grinding during the squash event.
We will take this occasion to help out members who want to squash squash. It will be fun to hear the squash spam and if you're lucky, you just may get some loot out of it...
We will also be holding a gate tax of 1 pollen. Anyone caught within our border patrol will have to pay one pollen to cross the gate.
Upon failure to pay or target trying to flee past the patrol, the suspect will be killed.
Ah, being a champion feels good. But now I need to get my aim higher. Being a hero is even better of course.
But a champion needs canno.... erm loyal Orcs with him to truly shine, so you prospective orcs dotn give up hope. Level 75 or 1 you will all be part of the ZEEERRGGGGG!

But if you have to absolutely know, in a motorcycle gang they will get you to steal 2 motorcycles. Then they will chop it up and make you a motorcycle.

in order to be a good ganker in this zerg, i would like to have some decent gear. could we set up a system so we do real raid / zerg / raid / zerg etc ?
This looks like too much fun to ignore any longer. I have two Orcs (Biotox level 32 shaman and Mince level 32 raider) but I think I will make a new Orc with the *motion name. As soon as I pass level 20 I'll try to find one of the motion clans and join up! I will probably make another Shaman build but could be swayed to the Raider / Monk if they are more needed.
Can you provide clan leader names? Kainmotion is one right? Are there others?

I don't think that's really necessary, especially since we need some buffers ASAP. I use my board name, so if you have a toon on Kain at that level, please just join up. You can do what I do: put you *motion name in your clan title space.

Give some trusted members invite rights and level up to at least 20. A motionclan leader has to be at least a champion.
Our first Hero is close, and my adena is on MissWinona.

Now to sit on my butt and try to make some money for C Grade equipment. (since the server is all lagged out anyways after the PTS started. Or maybe that's just my download :) ).
I've been working on Biotox some and plan a bit more in the next week. I'm thinking of going the Overlord route mainly out of my own interest in their skill set. Not sure if this will work well with the Kainmotion clan concept and looking for some feedback. Are clan outings big enough that the OL alliance buffs are useful?
I really like the whole idea of alliance buffs and when I grind levels on my own I prefer using seals and AoE. Any idea on how OL gets nerfed in C5 with the polearm? Right now I grind by pulling mobs in the catacombs, using AoE fire then polearm to finish. I'm thinking in C5 I'll have a good matk blunt wpn equipped for when I cast the AoE spell then switch to polearm for melee damage that way I avoid the cast penalty on the AoE.
Does anyone know if I use Ghoul Staff with BTB and cast alliance buffs is there a chance of BTB occurring? I know it works with SE buffs but not sure about the alliance buffs from the OL.
Also, atm I'm using heavy armor and hate the cast speed (just under 300 even with acumen2). Is it worth switching to robes as a Shaman / OL considering I pull 2-4 4x HP mobs at a time and use AoE? If so, should I pull, use Seal of Binding then move in to finish with polearm? I don't have MP issues since I have an out-of-party SE providing recharge (and buffs) when I'm hunting.
Both of the above questions are for planning C grade equipment as an Overlord. Getting to level 40 will be fast enough that I won't bother changing my equipment set since I'll be there in less than 10 hours of hunting anyway.
To bad I would be slow-motion and end up with a de-motion for lack of devotion on Kain. Since 7 alts indeed on 2 servers allready makes for a co- motion with my playtime.
Not to mention the for-motion on Lionna, that sadly lacks a Darkmotion of late to see I passed his Ranger to be.. to hunt treasure you see.
To top it off as well, I have a Sieg-motion where my future AW doth play. And thus... never enough time in the day...

Yeah, Darkmotion is lacking on Hindemith as well. I remember attending a Siege where he was present (didnt see him butI hear the shouting) . And everytime I check out my ws friendlist, there he is sadly offline.
But on the bright side, with PTS out of order, perhaps it is time to get another zerg together?
Because Kain is lacking a proper Orc zerg. Some poor unfortunate beings, lacking the motion took it upon themselves to Zerg me (arasaki, balintawaka and tarasind) while I was there being in a peacefull mindset. Worsse, they didnt even say Zerg or something, now isnt that rude or what?
Did they do this because they fear the power of the motion?
Was this Orcicide?
Was this act driven by their unconscious desire to be zerged?
Does Kain need to have a Zerg once more?
The motion has ceased since the PTS began, as many of us left to spend our extra time there. I do see a few people training in Elmore now and then, but generally the zerg isn't too active unless we have a meeting set.
Feel free to level your orc a bit until then, so you'll be ready to contribute once the next time is set. Of course, even a level 1 is welcome.
I'm also spending most of my time on the PTS, but if you want to gear up a non grade orc just send a private message to me on the boards and I'll try to log in and equip you. My funds are not unlimited of course, but I should be able to provide for the horde for a while longer.
The Devil always announces the next zerg here on the forums, so keep an eye out if you wish to attend.

Acutally, I dont think the mods read the thread unless its got a catchy but derogatory header to it. DM at least hides his intentions with his title. w00t. "vertical integration" ?? takes too much to figure that one out. OOO DM at least you got a faithful following now.
Why dont we all just make noob characters on all the servers? At least we can enjoy the grind at a much more intense level. Yea, thats it, let me grind out a noob character so I can have fun.

So, when I see DM wanting to have a little fun with his noobs, its really sad if you look at the entire picture. Where is the content for the regular players? The longer this game stays alive the longer and wider the haves and havenots become. I personally am holding a grudge against anyone who wears the HERO just because I cant. I hold a grudge against anyone who has ever subclassed because I havent.
So speak to me about vertical integration please and I will tell you about stagnation on a grand scale.
Is this a true clan? Hardly, it has some clanish ideals but for the most part this is not a clan but more an event.
This is a player driven event where a lot of us forumnerds leave our server and becoming a green orcish tide of mass destruction in a world shatterign zerg (or at least until our toons get horribly masacred).
Now we may look like a clan but are we truly? We don't do the things you expect form an active clan and only come together when we have a zerg. To make this zerg event happen, we need to mobilise the forumnerds and lure them to kain. DM's medium to do this? The forum. Our medium being forumnerds? This forum.

Can't be moved to the PTS (it's not PTS related, it's live related). You can't move it to clans either because it's not a "clan" post, it's an event type of post.
