A few hours means, they are working on it...and when they are done it will be up! If she meant 3 hours she would have said, approx. 3 hours. A few means more than 1 and less that 24.

You should know that asking won't really get u anywhere, lol. They are going as fast as they can...don't slow em down by asking more questions.
