So ive been soloing my way to 50 on my WC now
Been playing a bit on and off so its taken about a year
First thing that happens when i start L2 is i manage to kill a PK which dropped gear for about 3 million, and i started right when the medal event was on, so i made about 10 million before i had any characters over 25, so money was never a problem and i didnt feel the need to team so i just soloed and spammed soulshots
Soloing has lost its novelty however, and i want to start teaming now, but i have absolutely no idea where to go :)
Does L2 works like most other MMOs, pick up groups assembled in common areas, or do you just randomly team up with ppl as you meet them while out hunting ?
So where do i go ? 50 WC
best thing to do is shout that you're looking for a group or a raid, seeing how you're a WC (WarCryer) you are great in parties because it's buffs for all at the same time. try shouting in Giran (over the shouts of sell shops) to see if you can get a group or party there, or go to a catacomb/necroplis and shot there
Catacomb of Apostate is usually my place of choice. It's hit or miss, sometimes I can't get a group at all. It is good to have abackup plan. You can also shout from town where there are plently of people and sometimes you can find a raid or a pickup group.
