I wanna know which is the better character: Dark Avanger or Temple Knight? Could somebody please explain me what are pros and drawbacks of them? What equipment do they need to use? Can they solo? Or need to party? What is the best party-mate for them, a DD or a buffer for a 2-ppl party? Which is the better for bossing, and which for PvP? Which can farm the mobs easyer, which has less downtime? Sorry for the much question! :D
I play a Temple Knight. They are the best PvE tanks, aren't the greatest at PvP, perfect for bossing, I've never had downtime with the TK. They can solo easily, but are more useful in a party. Also, TK's are VERY underestimated. Do not listen to anyone who says they suck lol. You are taking this from one personally. Have fun :)

omg I dont think so.
TK's are basically the only class in L2 that has never gotten a good boost so far. Out of all the tank classes they are the worst in most areas (only sk is worse in raid bosses) otherwise all tanks are better in most areas than a TK.
Anyway, if you want decent strength but still the ability to tank pretty well you can go SK. If you want to spend a lot of money on summons to level go DA. If you want to be a pure tanking machine go paladin.
Playing a tk is kinda like being the fat kid at a marathon. You may like to run but you suck at it and you may like to have friends but no one wants to be in your group.
