Ive never really looked much at the manor system, i once purchased seeds worth 500k and got 1600 stem back from them (so a pretty big LOSS of money) and never did manor again
I tried it again today, bought a stack of that 41-51 seed that gives High Grade Suede as alternative 2
First time i hand in 44 and get 14 HGsuede back, ok so its 3 fruits pr suede i figure
then i hand in 300 seeds and expect to get 100 HGsuede but i only get 64...
What happened there ?
And how can people make so much money on manor ? if it was 3 seeds pr HGsuede then id pay 2700 pr HGsuede, is even a HGsuede worth that much ? so for all this extra hassle of planting on enemies im not even breaking even ?

Did you turned in to the same castle? Different castles have different rewards.

Manoring for more expencive mats. The h gh suege costs around it's npc price, but for example bones go 10-15 times more then the npc price. So manor manager gives me bones as if they cost 150a, but i sell them for 1.5-2k. But with these seeds there is another problem.. You dont always get the seeds, and dont always are in time to turn in the crops. For example I now have close to 1k golden cobols (varnish crop), and i finished hunting them at least 5 lvls ago.
Also, hunting multiple hp mobs helps with amount of crops you are getting. If you cant solo the multiple hp mobs there always tons of players in catas who will not say you a single word if you manor their mobs :)

I didnt realise i could hand in to any manor from any manager, i must have handed in to a different one the first time, because when i was there now my 3rd time handing in the final stack of my fruit i noticed one of the castles paid alot more (and gave me 3 to 1)

I noticed HGSuede costs ALOT to make, like 3 coarse bone powder, those go for 12k each on teon, why doesnt HGSuede then go for 36k+ each ?
type two mats can be a loss or a huge gain. I remember one time I got 450 mithril ore back for 1500 seeds or so. The manor can give you even break and sometimes it seems you can get double rewards and maybe even triple.

Well the hg suege is easily obtainable thrpugh manor or spois, so no one bosers to craft it, especialy with curent bone crices >.<.
yeah, as mentioned earlier, watch which castle you turn the fruits into. Wait till about 5 mins before the manor resets so you can see ALL the prices. The fruits for HGS you have could've been sold back for 1200a each from one manor compared to 600a from another.(Those are just figurative numbers btw)

yup, they range from 900 to 650 on my server
every castle is using type 2 though, so HGS is my only option
Oh well, learned the lesson the hard way, cost me about 50 HGS...
