Human rogue kiting

So as a level 24 Human Rogue, I had purchased my very first bow today. It's a long bow, and I was trying to kite earlier today.

My question is: Am I not supposed to get hit at all while kiting? Because it seems kinda impossible to do (with the amount of time it takes to turn around and fire)

And I've been using haste potions, and I do that run around in wide circles thing. Sure I don't get hit ALOT, but I still get hit 4 or 5 times.

As i understand it you shouldnt really use bow primary until b grade. Maybe shoot once then use dagger.

The only reason I would see in doing that is the insane ammount of SS used for bows below B grade.

Your going to get hit kiting, bring a few heal pots to keep yourself alive.
