low level crafting recipies

Are tehre vendors with the lower level craftign recipies or all recipies loot drops?

Thinking the ones that would allow a scavanger oriented dwarf to refine into thread, cokes, etc as they go.

Sorry, but with the exception of common crafting, all recipes are drop only.

was afraid of that. now to scour the web for a list of mobs that drop the useful ones for my little dwarf

Most of them are much easier spoiled than dropped. I actually deleveled a lvl 24 scavy to lvl 14 to get material recs.

well that works, she's lvl 13 right now.

But still need to find which mobs are good for what.

Which ones are you looking for?

basicly the frist tier ones here on the site:
coke, steel , leather, braided hemp, coarse bone dust

Ones that can help make the inventory space a bit less cluttered as she gets leveled up and collects (plus they tend to sell for more than the basic materials used for them)

if you have another toon slot open level a fast toon like a de fighter or elf fighter to lvl 16--do the same with an orc shaman or human toon. Doesn't take long--no deleveling and between a couple low toons you'll probably get them all.
I found I got the most low recs WITH the scavi before he hit 20 and the dark elf mystic probably got the second best load of basic mat recipes.

might try that, but going to get what i can on dwarfland. Then see about working trades for others (get a couple extra to trade... and first pokemon comment ... just don't.. :-P)

well all the orc archers are droppinga re leather stocking recipies and healing pots (the later I don't mind)


got an extra steel recipie, but goin to keep grinding on them.

braided hemp was a huge pain. I was in the level range but man that took like 100 goblins to spoil.

yeah most seem to be having trouble on the hemp.

also seems to be listed as drops from relic werewolves 9no clue where they are) and kaboo orc grunts.

So may wind up hunting them too.
