I see many people in deviane that they have striders. I was try to lvlup my hatching(wind) but unfortunatly it takes only 0.07%-0.12% in every mob.I was try with my clan mate to party with me not hit the mob but the pet take only 0.30% .Can anyone tell me more fast way to lvl up my hatching?
The hatchlings, like wolves only get experience for the damage they are doing, so if your's friend is hitting mob he will leach the xp from the hatchling.

Leveling a scaly beastie depends on a few factors. First, the type of hatchling. You have a Wind, which as you know is a "tank" in C4 (UD & stun skills). A star is a mage (aura flare type skill and self-heal), and a twilight doesn't have any skills.
Ideally, you would have a prophet level your hatchling alone or along side you. A prophet's buffs for your wind would speed up their kills time and can also help with heals and sleeping/rooting mobs. I would also recommend a star get emp from an SE (it is a mage).
We'll need more info about you before I can recommend hunting spots. In general, use L2 Straitics and look up mobs that are weak to skills you have. For example, if you are a bishop, you can paralyze undead mobs and have your baby beastie chomp on it. You'll need to do this a couple times because hatches kill a bit slow.
One of the best ways my clanny and I found to raise our dragons was party them with our prophet and SE. Those chars buffed, healed and managed crowd control very well. The big key is to try to keep the mob focused on attacking you, not your baby. With a prophet and/or SE, use skills like wind shackle or zerk - anything to make the mob mad at you. If agro slips, stop ure baby from attacking first, sleep mob, then heal it.
A necromoncer and/or a spellhowler are also good for dragons. Necros can paralyze a mob, and an SH can silence magic mobs. Most just stand there confused and your dragon can gnaw away.
There are various techniques you can use, depending on your class, availability of buffs, etc. The only class that has to switch things around a bit that I've seen were archers. I know a few that simply switch to a dagger or something to damage the mob 50% and the hatch does the other 50%.
