there should be a weapon quest around 10 or 12, for goodness sakes don't spend limited adena on a weapon!!

Keep adena and don't spend it on anything for now.

if yours is the first new char on your account, your eligable for newbie buffs and equipment exchange fron newbie helper and armor/weapon npc...utilize these as they will help you out a great deal.

What server are you on, Moribunda? It's not much, but I may have several low grade weapons and armor lying around the WH from all of my alts. You and your girlfriend are welcome to them, if you're on Devianne.

It's just there is such a huge difference between low level prices, and the high level ones that what is fortune for you is realy small for someone else and it's easy for them to help you. For example the helmet I'm saving money on costs like 130 milons adena (it's horibly overpriced, but you get the idea).
Anyway, is there a minimum lvl required to wear the different armors?
Yes, you can see the "grade" of the equipment by pressing it with coursor over it. There will be a letter D, C, B, A or S. Or no letters for no grade.
No grade is from lvl 1
D grade from lvl 20
C from lvl 40
B from 52
A from 61
and S from lvl 76.

Actually it has more to do with the fact that at no-grade level the complete drop rates are higher. Given all of my re-rolls, it didn't take long to have a bunch of no-grade items in WH. I never sell anything to the NPC, since I'm always bumping into noobs or clanmates who need something.
I have a limit to my altruism, but if I have it to give, I usually will. Or sell it for cheaper than value to the right person. I've been lucky enough with OE sales and crafting businesses that I don't have to chase the almighty adena like other folks. Might as well give back whenever/wherever I can.

has more to do with the amount of money earned at higher lvls if you ask me
for the price it costs me to run my summon for 1 buff round i can buy you a weapon twice as good as what you are currently useing
factor in the SS used by either me or the golem and i could prolly get you a D grade weapons worth of adena in under 20 minuets
I cant answer those questions hon, but noticed we both newbies on same server :) If ya want swing by the dark elf area we can hangout if ya like. Be nice learn the game along side someone else, that way noone snickers at us for making silly mistakes :) That and the fungus quest here is some good money :)
well it depends, is this ur first character on the server? (im assuming it is, just making sure) in which case i would upgrade ur weapon first then ur armour using the exchange equipment, if its not i would do the weapon quests and then maybe get better armour
