The Carnage Bow has worse SAs, in my opinion. You can get Light (geeze) Mana Up, and Critical Bleed. The Soul Bow gives Critical Poison (hmmm..) but also Cheap Shot and Quick Recovery (two good ones.)

yea but mana up increases yur mp buy 30% which is big IMO. and i mean is the carn bow speed slow? or very slow?
When you reach 61 with your HE you will be buffed to the teeth almost all the time. With a Carnage your attack speed will be in the 500 region, with the Soul Bow around 450...it makes a difference, and I rather go fast then slow with a bow.
Fully buffed the attack speed goes like this:
Slow > Fast
Very Slow > Normal

It will boost your MP to a much larger scale, although you should know your MP will be drained rather fast too.
That's why most users consider the Soul Bow with QR and CS the better option cause you can shoot almost for an unlimited time with it.
Imho the Carnage looks way cooler, will save you adena for whatever your heart desires including enchants and that expensive soul crystal. It all depends on your own playstyle and know that if one day you think you made a mistake with the Carnage, you can still resell it and buy a Soul bow...A grade doesn't lose it's value you know.
I think there must be a reason why all archers that can afford it, seem to get SoulBows...
Yes, Carnage is faster but that apparently doesn't matter much.
ManaUp is nowhere near as usefull as Cheap Shot for an archer. With ManaUp, you will be able to shoot 30% longer and then have a 30% longer brake to regen your mana. With CS you can shoot indefinately, never sitting down to regen mana (well, maybe not if you get your SoulBow immediately at 61, but slightly later).
Well at A grade many take QR instead, for they care more about pvp/have double-boxed recharger slaves. QR is considered advantageous in PvP (shorter attack re-use).
At C grade for an Emibow, CS is your only reasonable option. You NEED it and you should love it.
