Just a few questions about setting up my UI ingame.
1. Can you have more than one hot bar visiable at a time?
2. Can you reconfigure the keyboard at all - as far as hot keys on your keyboard?
3.The chat screen, can I get rid of the top one - it gives me the same info as the bottem one and seems to take up a lot of space, can you seperate the two chat bars?
4. Next target, am I missing something the range on it seems to be about 10 feet in front of me, how do archers or mages use next target?

yes... you have to go into the system window. I'm not at the game now so I can't tell you step by step
I don't use next target so can't help you there.
Next target is meant for mobs surrounding you in AoE or bad pulls, since it's often difficult to target a specific one when they're up close and/or crowded.
If you wish to click to click to trigger skills, just use the skill window.
For the shortcut bars, learn to press the hotkeys now - it's faster, it's more precise, and it allows you easy access to 36 extra slots (well, actually you can hot-tab to up to ten bars, but my hands are too small to comfortable reach F5~F10 at the same time as alt).
