Weapon Grades?

What the deal with these Grades I understand that you want higher grade weapons but like what levels should I be moving up on the grade scale?

0-19= no grade
20-39= D grade
40-51 = C grade
52-60=B grade
61-75=S grade
76+= S grade

If you wear something over your lvl you will get a penality (tho u can always wear something under you lvl with no penality)

Alright thanks and I move y questions to the player questions thread, just wanted to see how long I could post here till someone commented on it :D

Nah, you're good to post here. The mods will probably move it eventually, but til then it tends to alert some of the higher level players to the presence of a new, non afk levelling player in the starter towns. We all know what happens when that happens :D
