all aoe effects aside what is a good weapon to use while soloing or group grinding, atm i use +5 katanas and have sls*sls in the wh for when i hit 52, i like the duels because they kill fast and even faster when i use soul cry, but some have recomened an overenchanted dagger adn some say a blunt for the stun effect, my question is which of the three kills the fastest? should i get an overenchanted art of battle axe or keep the sls duels or get the dagger? i also hear but havent confirmed that in c5 mage class including overlrod get minus 200 to cast speed if they use duels, is this true? anyways all three weapons sound good adn ive only experimented with duels thus far, can anyone with experience with an overlord using the other weapons share some insight, thanks alot
for PvE get a focus dagger(Kris) - best bet before c5 hits the servers , cause the prizes are already going skyhigh because of daggerrerolls and the mysticclasses that wanna get rid of their duals
In addition its nice that u can use a shield again when u have a 1handed weapon , which makes quite a difference for an OL and is a huge advantage in PvP against archers
AoBa isnt that bad either , but i prefer the definately higher dps of a Kris with focus which has even a higher kill speed than focus duals - i tried em all
For PvP u should get an OEd CoN<Acumen> and later on SoM/in C5 DragonFlameHead<Acumen>
There is no penalty for duals for mystics. Only for bows and polearms, I had tryedit mycelf on PTS>
Also, if I was you I would of switched those duals for something with focus SA, ether kris or some other duals.
