worth having multiple characters or accounts?

I am thinking of activating either another toon, or full account to have a dwarf scavanger to earn cash (with spoils and manor system) but I do like my current character and not sure how hard it'd be to handle both leveling and gear wise.

Eh if your main isnt a buffer, no need for a new account. Just play em both on the same. If your main is a buffer might be worth to start a nuker on your 2:end account to lvl up your buffer. :D

well was also thinking of leveling up a healer off and on for tailing up my wolf/pets. but tend to focus on one char at a time.

Maybe just switch as I get bored.

Two boxing adds fun to the game, but can take away from it too; the decision is up to you. Gameplay will become more involved when boxing well, but a live healer is always more fun (and generally performs better than half your brain if he's not a total idiot).

Making another character is certainly always fun, but you have to consider whether you want to take the blow to your main's finances for equipping them.

well I tend to let my other characters stand on thier own more or less in most games i play.

With the manor system and maybe a dedicated spoiler I should have decent income (but will likely mainly be doing the manor system for cash)

For the manor alone, a class like the SK or a summoner is probalby more suitable than a BH. However, the spoils in catacombs, where you will most likely be seeding anyway, are very sweet.
