Has Anyone been successful through NC?

Has anyone been successful after contacting NCSoft support through the phone or emails and get there Information straightend out? Just curious. I know we are all in the waiting game now =*(

after two calls to ncsoft *30 min hold time and hammering there phone line just to get through to be put on hold


yes by the second phone call i had everything changed.

i also look at this as a good thing the farmers and ebayed accounts will have a difficulty logging on so ...

well what information do you have to give them in order for them to help you over the phone so i can have it ready. =)

city,state,zip
billing address *home address
20 digit serial key code that came with the game

ive tried, it hurts

I am on my second e-mail to them as when I sent the first, they didn't have the boards back up for me to find out what information was needed. I had erroneously figured that if the e-mailed request came from the e-mail that was registered as one of the FOUR accounts I have to maintain for this one game, that they'd just send the info. It's a good thing I'm patient.

Dought that very seriously. Since if someone bought an account then they would have to get the B-day and hint from the original owner to change the hint and password . Im sure if someone payed for an account they would keep that info.

As for farmers they are in it for the money, it's a business so im sure they keep very good records of all thier account info.

This hurts the honest player the most. As you can see from all the L2 forums. Most people have forgotten thier secret words or the fake B-day they used when they started.

I still have my original CD from the silver C2 box. I used my real B-Day. But it was a pain remembering the secret word. I thought I had it wrong but about the 15th time I tried it finaly worked. Now I will never forget the secret word.

most people have not forgot the secret word, NCsoft reset the words aswell because i am 110% sure of my secret word and alot of other people are to

my only complaint is why did it work for me and not you. i've got my word dynied too many times. but i kept on trying. and it finally snaped. beats me. i would go again from start begining to end if you see what's bodering you and your preliminary for it to consistanly be resolved.
