Worried about this weekend's sieges

I know personaly half of my clan is still awaiting feedback from ncsoft to get their accounts reactived because either their birthday or password clue isnt working or some other reason.

If you notice most of the servers are light still almost a day later and i even some of the top clans on the server who has a lot of the players not in. It makes the weekends sieges very bad if people lose or gain castles because of a ncsoft screw up.

Mistryl has ncsoft thought about what do for that partlicular problem?

i agree, seiges should be postponed until the support emails die down/stop coming.
