I know there is lots of us with lost accounts, L2 ones and NC ones, I want to know how long its gonna take to reslove this issue, and stuff. Im just so mad, I dont know half my details. Are we gonna be charged this months game fee, that sort of stuff, I just want a little more info please NCsoft, this is a serious issue.

I dont know all my details, I know the credit card details, the unique ID and account name and password, which is the same as the PlayNC master account details. I cant phone them either coz im in aussie. I want to know if im gonna be billed and how long this will take. Thanks anyways =)
Keeana, a good number of people can not get into their accounts with that information because they do not remember that information. I assume that is what EvilKali meant by "I dont know half my details."
The only options left are to submit support tickets or call support. Many people are getting a busy signal when they call, and most of us have been waiting 24-28 hours so far for a support response.
maybe you're getting at the wrong stuffs i'm trying to say here. got nothing to deal with unique ID or credit details or anything like that. just keep repeating the 4 steps and you'll get it eventually. and um......you can log in normally with your old account name and password now.

Yeah thats gotta suck for people who are stupid enough to do that, but its not my story. I just dont know half my details. My mum set the plaync account up for herself but decided not to play, so i took it over and set up a l2 account usuing the same log in detials for the plaync account for the l2 log in. My mum does not remeber those details and certaintly dont know them, I just pay for the account i use, and now i cant log in coz they changed my details. sigh....
the secret answer didn't work for me for 2 days. i didn't even remember the question was ever being asked of me. but it finally snaped after i persisted for so many tries.
for me i don't remember the hint question all the other i know them i have send e-mail but no response i think the right think to do is take a screen picture next time so you have all detail

Which won't help if you enter the correct password hint, and it screwes up. Their are a ton of messages saying that they had to enter the correct answer quite a few times. What chance do those of us who only have an inkling of what it could be?
