I remembered where I was born and my birthdate :eek:

of course I had to key in both several times to remember the format

3. At hint question, I typed what I believe the answer was. It was incorrect. The second try, I typed the same thing but this time added a period at the end. It worked.

Basically, what has been said is correct - if you don't type in the info EXACTLY the way you did when you set it up, you won't get in to change the password. If you made a type, example "teh" instead of "the" you need to type "teh."

a thing to remember, is the answer to the question is case sensitive, maybe that will help some people. Cause I have two accounts and one I had the answer all lowercase and the other I had mixed case :( luckily I tried it and it worked.

And that is my problem. I typed what I thought was the hint I made. The "word" is correct. But I don't remember what case letters I used nor do I remember if I substituted some numbers for letters.

i called aswell, they are only open for about 40 mins and then you have to wait until..... MONDAY (dun dun dunnnnn) oh the horror

i got my account pass for both master and game but they dont work, do they work in like an hour or what?

i waited a while to after i set a new password fr my game account. my play NC account i had to type in twice before it let me in. after you reset the game password wait a while, read the threads
