I had to retry on busys for about 5 minutes yesterday redialing, and then when i got through I was on hold for like 30-40 minutes, but once I got someone they got my account back up and running in a matter of minutes. It's just getting to that person that's kinda rough.
After 2 days, over 200 tries to reset, 22 phone calls, 2 support tickets, and 20 min waiting I GOT MY PASsWORDS RESET.
At 12:01 I started calling today. It took 22 times of a busy signal by calling 2wice a minute. But after 22 calls, the 23 I was in and put on hold for about 20 more minutes. Then a nice girl answered (seemed tired), and in less than 60 seconds I got all my acounts back.
Hint: Once you do go through, they will ask you the usernames you want to be resetted. Let them know you submitted a ticket online, give them reference #, and in less than a minute your new password will be emailed to you.
Two thumbs up to Customer Service employees at NCSOFT. Though the calling service sucks, they are very fast as long as you provide them with the necessary information.
k, i got through after 30 attempts w/ busy signal. Hold for 25 mins and then their support took only a few mins. EXCELLENT support people, very friendly and helpful.
So here is an interesting point of note. I added the credit card number that I am charging the game to as an additional point of "proof" to my submitted ticket.
I just got an e-mail indicating that they closed the ticket because they will never ask for my credit card information (which is nice but I offered it to them because it is something they have anyways)
So now they are going to make up a new ticket and forward to someone else.
Now, I can appreciate their respect for my credit card. But they could have just handled the ticket. Or not... I don't know.

well while i was waiting i could hear some nice music and some voice was ******* me off with "Thx for calling W8 plz!!!!" :P
but after 20 min or a bit less some very nice man helped me :)
