The automated mail said they would get back to me within 24 hours, but i have heard nothing in over 36 hours now. I know that support are going to be exceptionally busy at the moment, so is there an estimated response time that you can give me as i have heard nothing at all back from them and so dont know if they are even bothering to look at the situation.
And before any one suggests it phoning is not really an option as i live in England.
