That depends on your tarif, service provider etc. Nobody here can tell you, ask your phone service people or look it up on their website. There are sometimes schemes to do certain things - like international calls - cheaper, have a look out for internet/phone cafes.
Actually in England most people are with BT so we have fairly standard call rates. BT charge 15p a minute during the day and 10p for evening and weekends.
If they charge for each time you try to connect and get an engaged signal, well I am in trouble =X
I was with another provider while I was in England (although I forgot the name, my housemate arranged it due to being cheaper than the original BT access).
Here in Germany, there is no charge unless someone picks up at the other end.

Nah nah...i don't enjoy nothing....FREE call it's only beetwen SKYPE users....for SKYPE to normal numbers you got also fees. So don' tbe "cool" ..."grab that , use that..."
