I just logged in after the reset, clicked on bartz, no more ajdude :( Is this happening to anyone else?

My characters are still intact... if you're truely being serious though... that's quite the slap in the face by ncsoft. I'd think they'd be able to restore your char though... at least I'd hope so.

then why not in the tech support forum? or are you just trying tofreak out the people that cant log in.

All characters should still exist. Please make sure you're not logging into the Public Test Server by mistake. If you still can't see any characters, please contact Support immediately. Thank you!

I still cant see anything, ill try updating the client. Also, mystril only needs 2 more posts until shes 1337!

Okay, so I updated it, still wont work. Since phonelines for NC are busy, and emails will take 2 days to reply, does anyone think SPAM could fix this if I asked?

Are you seeing all of the servers listed? Or only Bartz?
