Hey i have tryed for some support for 50 hours now, after 24 hours they replayed to my support with a question, it took 24 more hours and one more post before the replay was
We close this ticket due to another ticket is being worked on, what about solving the ticket instead of closing another one good work guys.
I urgently suggest that you try the phone support...although the line was bussy it tok me 12-14 tries and on hold for like 20 minutes before I got a hotline memner.
After that it tok like 5 minutes to solve both my account problems and my friends account problems.
A little note is that I live in Denmark (Europe) but ther was no problem what so ever to get a good support by the hotline service.
