Alrighty i was scouring the knowledge base for someone on another news site and I found something!!! Some people have been unable to find what you need when you call them....They created a specific link for those people on L2 in the knowledge base!

yeah i sent them an email, and apparently instead of tickets they use a new organization system. somehow they filed me under zebra i think even though i sent an email before alot of the people i know, im like the only one they havent replied to.

To me, your current avatar looks like someone powering up only to randomly encase himself in a giant pointy cheeseball.
Also, I'm fairly good at image editting so if there's something you want reduced in size (datawise) or scaled to match the forum restrictions I'd be willing to try my hand at it, just drop me a pm on the boards anytime with a link and a description of what you want changed.
