automated crafting, possible?

Mornin' all. Got a question, is there a way to automate crafting (with my dorf) of the same thing? In other words, lets say I want to sell DSS, now in order to do that I've to hit the create button everytime I've enough MP. I was wondering if there is a way that when I set up my AFK shop, my dwarf keeps crafting the shots (as long as I've the necessary ingredients) automatically?

I ask this because I've to donate about atleast half an hour or more just to craft a suitable amount before I can sell them.

Thanks for the help.
nope

just craft while you hunt
i assume you are useing duels and not a blunt so you have no use for your mana
Possible, yes. Allowed, no. It would go as botting.

When I had my dwarf I would do bulk craft while doing other stuff like watching tv or making dinner or whatnot. Make a note of how long it takes for you to regen your mp fully and just check back to your computer every now and then.

actually i'm using a blunt (bonebreaker), not really sure if duals would work with my dwarf, but i'm starting to believe that they might be effective?

and i didnt know that i could craft at the same time while i hunt, thats awsome!

ah! the botting part never occurred to me, but in that sense you are correct. and yes that's what i do as well, just keep checking my comp every 5 min. or so to craft in bulk.

oh well, guess i gotta do what i gotta do.

thanks for the help guys.
Duals are very effective for dwarves. My artisan, level 28, uses a pair and with proper application of DSS and Greater Swift Attack Potions she is quite the blender.

She will grind her way through reds and yellows as if they were greens. And if I go after greens, that means no DSS.

What I do is maintain a certain amount of DSS to use while I'm hunting, and a certain amount I want to sell. It's fairly effective.

oh christ! 3 months of playing L2 and STILL learning new things. man, i thought that since i didnt have masteries for duals i wouldn't be that good, but after reviewing the posts here, i'm feeling pretty good about my toon.

now i cant wait to get outta work and start using my duals and craft ... at the same time!

oh yeah!

thx much
yup pretty much any weapon would be better than a blunt
dont forget to get yourself a set of robes for the mp bonus
that way you can leave the keyboard for more than 5 minuets without haveing full mana

p.s reroll. crafters suck
The community is a valuable source of information.

I personally use +3 107's (Artisan + Elven). They're quite useful. Oh, and just so you know, I do occasionally throw spoil + sweep (it does work every now and then). It's a personal choice, though.

From what I hear, they will still work until your 30's.

Both my Spoiler and crafter uses a set of Spirit Sword * Raid Sword +8 (C-grade), and the Crit. bonus really makes them kill fast.
That combined with full lvl60 PP+SE buff and my dwarfs can solo for ever :)
i guess i'm just going to have to sell my +3 bonebreaker now. **** paid 3.4m for it too! oh well atleast with that cash i can buy spirit ore and craft some dbsps or whatever.

i never thought of getting a robe armor for the +MP, its so amazing how many different ways you can enjoy this game.
Yes but only robe for "none-hunting-time" or else you will de-lvl quite fast :)

thx again for all the help here, everyone.

was that from your crafter or your spoiler?
his crafter. WS can still spoil mobs, the spoil just has a very low chance of activating with low levels of spoil. once activated, it doesnt matter what dorf you are, the mobs always has the same chance to turn blue.
also, as was posted on another forum, for crafting do not drag your craft skill to your skillbar. instead, use your craft skill once, then drag the craft-dss icon to your bar, that way when you want to make dss on the fly (while fighting mobs or sitting down) you can do it more easily.
and dont sell your bonebreaker if you can find someone who will trade evenly for it (i traded my bonebreaker+3 for 107s+4), if you cant find someone who will trade, trade your bonebreaker at the blacksmith of mammon for a claymore, it has the same dps as duals, and uses less ss (when you hit with one of two duals you just wasted 1/2 an ss charge, but when you miss with a 2handed sword the ss is not consumed) only reason i still use duals is because i just about never use ss on my dorfs.

hmmm thats not a bad idea actually. thx man, i'll look into the stats of similar weapons and what not.

i guess the chance of my crafter spoiling high level items is low but not nil, good to know :D

thx much.

ws
somewhere around lvl 50 i gave up spoiling because it never worked
1 day i was aoeing at blazing swamp and useing spoil to pull non agro mobs and started getting a bunch of spoils

not sure if nc changed the spoil chance for high lvl crafters or what but i know at 70+ the chance of spoiling a mob is about 1 in 20
should be about a 50% chance up till lvl 28 so if you can kill something that spoils the sweet stuff (bone, varnish, sop's) you should prolly do so
