I have forgotten the answer to my hint question so I can't change my password at nc master account.I have all the nessesary codes needed but when I send an e mail with the code helper a window appears that says new account....will my char be deleted if i complete this and create a new account as it says??please give me some advise....!!!!!
Uncool, your "technical" account...the one your e-mail is tied to... shouldn't have been changed. You can use it (if you forgot your pw, you can have it mailed to your e-mail account automatically) to access that account and send in a ticket. It's what I did. Make sure to send in the requested info. Look at the first stickied thread for what info is required.
