I am approaching C grade quickly, and Im trying to educate myself on weapon/armor special abilities such as "acumen" "focus" etc.
I posted about this earlier and learned to add effects to an item, you need a specific type of crystal(s) to give the desired effect. The blacksmith takes care of applying this to weapons etc.
well, since I returned to L2 Ive been seeing "L2 day" scrolls with names such as "acumen" "focus" and they appear to give a certain "level" of this effect such as "Level 3".
These scrolls sell for well over a million a piece. Do these scrolls permanately effect items? what do L2 day scrolls do exactly? The reason why I bolded permanent was because at the cost of them, it seems like an aweful lot to spend on a temporary effect.
can someone elaborate on L2 day scrolls and what are their uses?
Agreed. Some can be quite useful (Empower for nukers without a buff bot, for example) others are silly. Why pay 200,000 for a Acumen scroll when you can buy 3 potions for cheap? That said, "WTS 40 L2day Might scrolls!" :)

I always laugh whenever I see the Wind Walk and Acumen scrolls selling for more than the cost of 3 pots, even with AA being so expensive these days.
I wish they added scrolls for Wild Magic, Vamp Rage, Mental Shield, Concentration, Resist Shock, Bless Shield, Magic Barrier, Berserker Spirit, etc., etc. Why so few types of buff scrolls available?
I've partied with people who constantly had 8 scrolls up. I'd hate to turn this into another one of "those" discussions, but where the hell do they get that kinda cash from.
The only scroll I'll ever use is agility as it sells for just 100k on hinde, and really helps my warlord in light when doing SE duos. Even then, I'll *only* use it if I know we will be going on for an hour straight.

After the pumpkin event (not squash event) I had so many of these I was in the same boat. I used tons of them, no ebaying required.
I still have scrolls from the very first L2Day event. I have about 130 empower, agility, might, focus, shield, haste, acumen, deathwish, etc., scrolls. During the first L2Day event the rewards were abundant. You could also set up a buy shop purchasing the scrolls for less than 15K each back then.
I feel sorry for anyone who started the game after the first Anniversary Event..the events and the economy has tanked ever since.
