They asked for the last 4 digits of the credit card I used to activate the account. I gave them the current one being use. But, apparently they want the last 4 numbers of the card that was used to first activate the account. HA! There's no way in hell I can get that.
So no more L2 for me I guess?
They asked me for both the credit card and the email address, as well as for the unique ID (again). I had to go through my old sales receipts to get that original credit card number. Fortunately I bought quite a bit of AV equipment back then and kept the receipts for warranty purposes.

I would give them both. "The card used to set the account is XXXX, and the card used now is XXXX."
