Question for 76+ FS

I want enchant my AE spoil with attack speed debuff.
I'm looking for info what is landing rate of this effect at certain levels (+3, +5 etc) - if anyone have this skill enchanted please share your findings.

I already enchanted Spoil+6 with HP debuff but sems this is realy unsless thing - damage is nice (1.8k) but landing rate on mobs and players is around 10% only - totaly waste in PvP.

I dont want make same mistake with AEspoil/AttackSpeedDebuff.

Maybe is better but I can have both - DoT on Spoil and Speed Debuff on AE.
Just not sure if is worth enchant this skill if land rate is low like with DOT.

now that suxs *** i cant call that usefull at all

Not only that but it also has the same chance to extend the length of time of debuffs caste on you too.

hmm do enchenting skills takes more then it gives?
like if i enchent sting to lower the MP's consume do it also lands less?????

I enchanted my stun to land offten and still cost same mana :)
