-Where should I train?(excluding AC, raids)
Try Partisan Hideaway, or the flowers just before the Execution grounds.
-How can I make money fast?(excluding buy low sell high, raids) Animal bones

animal bones go for 1500 a each on some servers. coarse bone powder is a very much needed item for high lvl crafts and the base mat to make that is bones.
at 10bones per powder, thats 15k a shot right there. nab a dozen of those and voila, instant cash.
DONT sell mats to shop. Mats are what has "used for dwarven craft" on their description. Powder is made by dwarven craft skill, you dont have to make bones into the powder to get a price, the price of bones and powder are proportional. Also, sell your's bones and other mats in Giran, look around to find best price at buy shops, or make a sell shop of your own with prices like other sellshops.
Also use the search function there are many ways to make adena listed on these forums. But I would suggest not to eliminate any methods like buying low and selling high. Its by far the easiest way to make alot of adena.
and .... if you are a little lucky ... OE'ing can turn out pretty good.
Yesterday I bought Dark Screemer +8 for 56kk, OE'ed it to +9 and sold it for 95kk :)
Thats almost a 30kk profit on one item.
On the other hand... if it had blown-up I would have lost like 50kk :(
