Maintenance? On a Thursday?

We just had the 30 minute warning of maintenance on Sieghardt.

I checked the website and the forums and saw no mention of an additional maintenance this week. Did I miss it? Is there a maintenance or is it just some drunken GM hitting the wrong buttons? :p

Same on Gustin. Didn't we have maintenence Tuesday. I'm sick of all this maintenence. It's been down so much over the past 2 weeks. Need to get their act together.

Same as on Hind, probably all servers. 10 mins to downtime of 2 hrs

Lionna as well, and I planed to set up a shop for when I'll go somewhere..

Was wondering the same thing. I'm sure there is a reason, but as always, I think the player base would appreciate knowing why maintenance is going on. Thanks for the 30 min warning tho.

Yeah, it's been going downhill (fully automated support responses, the emergency maintenance fiasco, PTS) pretty steeply it seems.

You do seem to be having problems, and not only with the website. Your internal and customer communications seem shot to bits.

It's definitely true though that the fully automated messages (I actually report bots daily when I play, so yes, I noticed) came shortly after the news of the cut; and it's also safe to say that the PTS and the following emergency maintenances were a bit less than smooth.

"Onr" is a typo, putting one instead of two is not having the right information or not checking what you typed. Sorry, that's just how it is.

Hopefully they're taking the 2 hours of downtime to process my support ticket from LAST WEEK!! lol :p

Doesnt exactly give us a clue why though... Is this just an extra maint like tuesday just to make sure servers stay up (and are we now moving to two maint per week?)? Or you found and resolving a problem? Or... ... see what Im saying?

I got a laugh out of the announcement on Lionna. When they said that the downtime was delayed another half hour, they made two typos.

I bet money that spam hand typed the corrected announcement. o.o

The goeal of customer service is to retain customer at minimun cost. As long as you pay your subscription, their job is well done.

After those last two "emergency" downtimes, two hours IS short >.<

Servers should be available in approximately 10 minutes from the time of this post.

I think that users would be much happier if they keep us informed. This is not a critic, it's a suggestion.
