What race is the best archer? HE , PR, or SR?????

I'm wanting to make a alt for pvping. I currently have a dwarf and they are not all all made to pvp with. I really like archers and like the thought of owning someone from a distance :p. But, I dont know which race would be the best way to go. I am leaning towards a HE currently but I'm still undecided :(

HE PR and SR are no races, they are professions...
Human, Light Elf, Dark Elf are races...

This (http://boards.lineage2.com/showflat.php?Cat=0&Number=637579&page=34&fpart=1&v c=1) thread discusses the differences between archer classes, and sums up my feelings on the matter.

For a basic rundown, HE hits hard and is durable, SRs are all about speed and evasion, and PRs hit hard and have great versatility. C5 is also evening out the fact that HEs get Snipe and PRs and SRs are left with nothing (they'll be getting their own similar abilities that suit their playing style).

Hmm...it depends on your style I guess...if you want alot of crits and super quick speed go with SR...you want power and decent speed go with PR...you want options go with HE.
