Because healer/buffer type mystics can not touch their INT, only MEN and WIT. Attack type mystic, i.e. SH or ES, can use every type of dye.
Prophets fall under the healer/buffer type mystics. And there is also a page on this website about dyes. Here (

and yes it's stupid healers can't -INT and I don't know why they have it that way.

Frankly I don't know why I'm even allowed to touch STR. I totally approve the INT restriction for healers. Seriously, are you crazy?
