thank you all for helping with my question.. so gettin all the red out and gettin white again ..is the only way to get our duels out of this red toons freight and fyi.... he was on a bot spree keeping them out of ac.. not pking people....

most ppl wont beleave you or care
your only option is to kill the toon and get as high a rez as possible
if you manage to delvl to 4 (or whatever lvl you stop loseing xp)
you will have to relvl and delvl again
there are no other options
Yeah thats true - I know I keep telling the high lvl ppls thats insist on killing my red SR.. Not many care about whether or not you got red on "unmentionels" or normal ppls - they just see a red with n grade/d grade/c grade and think they can get a change on getting that.. so far im 3/4 on "higher" lvl ppls.. :P
