Do the gloves need to have (heavy armour) next to them to complete the set?

Yes. You could just buy the regular "Doom Gloves" and unseal them at a town Blacksmith. It all depends on your servers prices, but I bet it would be a tad cheaper to do it that way.

The only B grade that needs to be unsealed are the boots and gloves. Other than that they come as is.

Yup, its FREE (Only for B grade however, A and S grade needs lots of AA to unseal) to change between Robe, Light, and Heavy using the blacksmith in giran. So buy the cheapest of any of all three types and you can make it heavy.

What's neat about this is that if you buy one b-set, you only need the body piece of the other type and you have the entire set for that too.

I have Doom Gloves, Doom Boots, Doom Helmet, Doom Plate, and Doom Leather. With this I have both heavy and light sets, so I can swap whenever I want a defensive or offensive build.

I paid:
2.5m for gloves
2.5m for boots
4.5m for helmet
5m for leather
10m for plate

That's 24.5 mill for both heavy + light sets.

As for me being rich. I'm level 66 and my only a-grade item is my halberd that doesn't even have an SA. The only reason I even have a halberd is because the lance I had shot up in price. I bought it for 22m, sold it for 48, and bought the halberd for 28.

I'm moving to your server! Doom helmet goes for 10 mil on sieg, the gloves and boots for 4-6 leather about 10-12 and I don't want to know about the plate..

Meh, I crafted all of my doom heavy set, lot cheaper that way :) I also have a doom light body piece (crafted again :)) so when my TH hits B grade I am all good to go.

Yep, I have both the BW heavy & BW robe sets. I unseal & reseal depending on which set I use, I'm mostly using the BW Heavy thou.
