I recently bought the wrong account key from NCSoft. This is what I emailed them. "Hello, I have recently purchased an account key from https://secure.plaync.com/cgi-bin/plaync_buy.pl so I can add it to my current account. Now when I try to add it to my current account, it brings me to a page to choose my payment method. I don't understand, I payed 30 US Dollars for the key, but now it is asking me to choose how much I want to be billed? Help is appreciated."
I didn't realize that this key was only for CREATING an account, not for upgrading one. Think I will get my money back? :(
This is what I wanted to do. Get a 2 month key to put on my current account and thats it :P Since it said it is 14.99 a month and I payed 30 dollars for the key I thought I would get 2 months so I can add to my account. And I hope they don't delete this thread...
Then i would think if he contacted Billing support and told them that he bought a second CD Key by mistake instead of buying a Game time card and asked for a refund....
Contact them but with a game code its highly doubtful you will get a refund or exchange. Just go buy a few TIME cards and start the second account up and box a healer.
As long as you have not yet used the game code, they should be able to void that game code so it can't be used. and posibly give you a refund in that case.
The time cards get shipped to you, it would be faster to buy one.
If they won't refund you the money for the second Cd key you accidentally bought. And your have to take this up with PlayNC....
I see no reason why you couldn't sell that CD Key to someone to recover what you lost in money OR You could give the key to a friend OR You could give the key to a fansite like Stratics and offer it as a prize for a contest.
After the trial ended today, it told me to buy what I already did ;) So I actually bought the right thing, I had to buy that and game time cards which I did. Mistryl please lock this :P
