Where do I get them, greater heal, alactriy, magic haste etc.

I think I know where to get the greater heal,alac,haste. They drop on fishing monster mobs right? What grade is that?

Also around what level does fishing become lucrative in any way, im doing it in no grade because well im only level 17.. but I dont mind fishing so I was wondering when I could start making money off something I dont mind doing.

I don't know if they drop from the mobs you fish up, but they usually come from clan halls. But I don't know which.

All recepies except ones such as shiny fish gem and such is from clan halls.

Where can I find a clan hall?

You can't buy them in the clan hall unless you are part of the clan that owns the hall. You have to either wait until someone is selling them or get someone with the appropriate clan hall to buy them for you.

Even simple things like greater heal potions? Thats kind of stupid imo. Why are they called common recipes if there are certain requirements for them..

Anyone have any info on around when fishing becomes more lucrative for example is b grade where it starts to get good or is there really no difference betwen no grade and b grade fish?

Stupid or not, that's how it works. Common = any race can craft, not just dorfs.
